Oyster shells becoming eyes!

On the way back from school last night, while I was driving on the high way, ideas were popping up in my mind and inside my body. I was forming a book of eyes and hands. I saw the book cover. I needed to cut that two big white paper that I worked in class and turn it into a book of my self portrait.
Then all of a sudden I recall the oyster shells I collected over the last two weeks and how I forgot to wash them and they smelled awful. I put them in the sink filled them with hot water and soap and guess what I forgot all about them and left for our trip to LA. Till yesterday the water is gone, the oysters are all dried out and on the way back home each oyster shell became an eye. I need to paint an eye inside each one of them.
I also found a weaved sea weed. It is wrapped around itself by the ocean and reached the sandy beach of Carmel by the Sea. I am filling my box not knowing what will come out of it or what will form or not. We'll see when the time comes for now as always I am trusting the process.
